Abstract





Learn Breathing Exercises To Reduce Stress, Tone Core Muscles, And Promote
Calmness In As Little As Ten Minutes Per Day

1. Sit somewhere quiet and peaceful.
2. Place your hands gently on your belly and inhale deep into your
abdomen.
3. As you inhale imagine a stream of white light coming to rest in
your abdomen just below your belly button. This is your energy
centre.
4. Smoothly exhale.
5. Inhale for a four count. Exhale for a four count. Nothing is
forced.
6. Feel with your placed hands how you are breathing. Are you
expanding your stomach? You should be able to feel this expansion
occurring and then the stomach retracting on the exhalation.
7. Repeat for five minutes or more.


Given it a go?

Good. Now compare how you felt before you did this simple exercise with
how you feel now. You should be feeling more relaxed, calm, and at
ease.
